| Quantum transport theories and their applications; Non equilibrium Green's function formalism (NEGF), Quantum transmission boundary method (QTBM), Nitride Tunnel FETs, 2D materials, SOI and UTBs, Nanowires and Nanotubes. |
| I am also interested in topics related to Solid State micro and Nano Electronic Devices, Optoelectronic devices, Semi-classical electron transport theories, Computational electronics and Compact modeling of electron devices. |
